# Qu'est-ce que la valeur de rachat minimale ?
La valeur de rachat minimale correspond à la part du portefeuille total (somme de tous les projets) investie en fonds en euros au moment du rachat total de votre contrat, autrement dit le montant garanti net de frais d'allocation au moment de sa clôture.
Le tableau des valeurs de rachat minimales personnalisées concerne donc uniquement la partie du contrat allouée en fonds en euros. Il permet d'isoler l'impact des frais du fonds en euros sur la valeur minimale de rachat du contrat sur les huit premières années. Il ne tient donc compte ni des versements programmés ni des plus-values qui seront générées sur la partie fonds en euros du contrat.
C'est une donnée règlementaire qui a pour objet la transparence de l'assureur vis-à-vis des frais et de la valeur minimale garantie du contrat.
