# Comment fermer un projet ?
Il y a deux possibilités lorsque vous souhaitez fermer un projet :
**1) Vous souhaitez fermer un projet pour récupérer les fonds**
1. Rendez-vous sur l'écran d'accueil de votre espace client
2. Cliquez sur le **projet** à clôturer
3. Cliquez sur le bouton **"Plus"** en haut à droite de l'écran puis sur **"Faire un retrait"**
4. Indiquez le montant **exact** restant sur le projet
5. Indiquez le motif du retrait puis cliquez sur "Continuer"
6. Choisissez l'option fiscale souhaitée puis cliquez sur "Continuer"
7. Sur la page "Répartition du retrait", cliquez sur "Continuer"
8. Sur la page "Récapitulatif", **vérifiez bien le montant du retrait** et cliquez sur "Continuer"
Si vous n'avez qu'un seul projet ouvert, vous devrez réaliser un rachat total entraînant la fermeture de votre contrat. Pour cela, téléchargez et complétez le **bulletin de rachat total** disponible dans la rubrique Contrat \> Informations.
**2) Vous souhaitez transférer les fonds vers un autre projet existant**

1. Rendez-vous sur l'écran d'accueil de votre espace client
2. Cliquez sur le **projet** à partir duquel vous souhaitez transférer les fonds
3. Cliquez sur **"Plus"** en haut à droite de l'écran puis sur **"Faire un transfert"**
4. Indiquez le montant à transférer. 💡 *Le montant à indiquer doit être le montant exact du solde du projet à clôturer.*
5. Indiquez le projet à partir duquel vous souhaitez transférer les fonds et le projet qui doit recevoir les fonds.
6. Cliquez sur "Valider"
Les fonds sont transférés **immédiatement**. Un [arbitrage](https://content.nalo.fr/fr/help/quest-ce-quun-arbitrage-nalo-faq?hsLang=fr) sera initié à J+1 sur votre contrat afin de rééquilibrer son allocation.
🚨 Attention : il n'est pas possible de transférer les fonds d'un projet existant vers un autre pour le clôturer **lorsqu'un arbitrage ou un retrait sont en cours de traitement**.
