La double authentification ajoute une étape de vérification lors de la connexion à votre compte. Ainsi, même si votre mot de passe venait à être compromis, un second facteur d’authentification est nécessaire pour accéder à votre espace client. #### ➿ Qu’est-ce que la double authentification (2FA) ? La double authentification repose sur **deux étapes successives** pour vous connecter à votre compte Nalo : 1. Vous renseignez votre **adresse e-mail et votre mot de passe**. 2. Vous confirmez votre identité à l’aide d’un **code ou d’une validation via votre méthode d’authentification 2FA**. Nalo vous permet de choisir parmi **trois méthodes d’authentification** : - 📱 **Application d’authentification** : une application dédiée génère des codes de sécurité. - ✉️ **E-mail** : vous recevez votre code de vérification par e-mail. - 📱 **SMS** : vous recevez votre code de vérification par SMS. #### 🔧 Gérez vous-même vos méthodes d’authentification depuis votre espace client Vous pouvez désormais gérer vos méthodes d’authentification en toute autonomie depuis une nouvelle rubrique **« Sécurité »** de votre compte Nalo. Pour y accéder : 👉 Connectez-vous à votre **espace client Nalo**, puis rendez-vous dans **Mon compte \> Sécurité**. Depuis cette page, vous pouvez : - **activer** une méthode d’authentification ; - **désactiver** une méthode que vous n’utilisez plus ; - **modifier l’ordre de vos méthodes d’authentification** afin de choisir celle que vous souhaitez utiliser par défaut.
